Welcome to the official Feng Shui Institute of New Zealand
The Feng Shui Institute (FSINZ) was founded in 1997 to provide training and support for those people wanting to learn and understand the techniques involved in this ancient Chinese art. FSINZ conduct professional, residential and business consultations throughout New Zealand.
What is Feng Shui?
Feng Shui literally translates as “wind and water”. It dates back over 5,000 years and is the ancient Chinese art of placement and harmonizing the energy flows within your natural and man-made environments. It involves the understanding of existing and potential chi (energy) flows while making changes appropriate to each situation and individual needs.
Feng Shui draws on such disciplines as architecture, interior design and good old-fashioned common sense. Although Feng Shui is primarily a Chinese art, similar elements have been found in many ancient cultures and are still used throughout the world. It is believed that this primal, intuitive connection to one’s natural surroundings is what makes Feng Shui so universally appealing.
What Feng Shui can do for you?
Feng Shui can be utilised to enhance the harmony, health and well-being in your personal and professional life and many people have created positive changes in their lives by making simple adjustments to their home, garden and work spaces. These adjustments can be made any time a change is desired. By improving your surroundings, you can become more grounded and better able to deal with an increasingly fast-paced and often stressful world.
Whether you are about to start on a new building, remodel an existing one, have just moved or have been in your current location for many years, Feng Shui can help improve all areas of your life such as:
- Relationships
- Abundance
- Career
- Health and more…
